Offered in the Spring and Summer time, the cardio kickboxing class is an energetic workout that produces great results. It’s a great way of losing weight, toning and shaping the body while having fun at the same time. In the past, cardio students have lost 15-65lbs within a few months to a year’s time.
The Cardio Kickboxing is designed to be a light impact class for novice, medium impact for the intermediate, and a high impact for advance cardio workout practitioner.
Our Cardio Kickboxing class consists of: punching, kicking, blocking, weaving and bobbing, and kung fu routines done with music. It also involves warming up and stretching out the body before and after the routine workOther workout exercises involve punching and kicking the heavy bags, kick shields, and focus mitts for: accuracy, speed, power, and control. Partner drills and light control sparring is also taught for those who want to go further in their fighting ability.
Cardio Kickboxing focuses on building better coordination, balance, and stamina while targeting the abdomen, thighs, calves, biceps, triceps muscles
